Find out if persons or representatives attached to a company have a business prohibition in Sweden.

In the person endpoint you will be able to see which court issued the business prohibition, and the duration of it. In the company endpoint you will be able to identify if representatives to the company have had a business prohibition within the latest 5 years. You are able to set the timespan yourself (0 to 5 years, 0 being solely current information), and will be provided with personal number of the person in question.

The following roles are included in the company endpoint:

Board members
Beneficial owners
Alternative beneficial owners.

Common use case:

Risk minimization - find out if a potential business partner or company representative has a business prohibition.

Court Codes

These are the numeric codes used for Swedish courts. Court code fields referring to this code table: "swedishCourtCode", "swedishDistrictCourtCode" and "cancelledBySwedishCourtCode". The list also includes some institutions which are not technically courts but still are involved in decisions regarding different status situations reflected in this api. For example the Swedish Companies Registration Office (Bolagsverket)
