Our Adverse Media service helps you identify negative news and other relevant media signals that may indicate potential business risks.

The screening focuses on the company you are reviewing, but also includes people connected to the company. This means that the analysis covers current and historical representatives, as well as current and historical beneficial owners.

What is included in the screening?

When you start an Adverse Media screening, the service analyzes adverse media connected to:

  • The company itself
  • Current company representatives
  • Historical company representatives
  • Current beneficial owners
  • Historical beneficial owners

This gives you a broader view of potential risks, not only based on the company today, but also based on relevant historical connections.
