Ownership identifies companies in which a person has a significant ownership interest.

Provide a Swedish personal identity number to retrieve relevant company ownerships.

The API can support use cases such as KYC, AML, fraud investigations, credit assessments and conflict-of-interest checks.

Minor shareholdings, such as ordinary small-scale investments in publicly listed companies, are not included.

Ownership should not be interpreted as Ultimate Beneficial Owner (UBO) information, as beneficial ownership may also include indirect ownership or other forms of control.

Please note: The underlying data includes companies with a turnover of more than SEK 10 million.
